Seems it wasn’t just Timmy Tong who loved the good life on the tax payers tab. Outward expenses of Police, Immigration Department, Fire Services Department, the Customs and Excise Department, and the Correctional Services Department rose 6% over last 5 years. LEGCO has asked for an explanation.
