The government urged telecom operators on Monday to design different data plans for subscribers to the fourth-generation (4G) network to ensure the future popularity of the super-fast mobile broadband system.

Private companies get access to China’s telecom monopoly

China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced on May 17 a provision for the mobile communications resale business on a trial basis, opening doors for domestic mobile virtual network operators.
