Womp Womp… Not a great week for equity holders. HK tycoons were busy this week with Stanley Ho buying a 33.3% stake in Jetstar and Li Ka Shing picking up of O2 Island. Hopewell is looking to spin off and list its property arm and Towngas announced its bonus share program. PMI slips in May and home prices continue the up and up. Hong Kong now has a Topshop and Vinda announced paper demand was on a decline (less toilet paper demand = sell sell sell). Here’s what you missed from this week! Have a good weekend.
